Characters roll their stats 4d6D1, then boost to 44 pt buy.
For d20s, n​​​​atural 20s count as +30, while natural 1s count as -10 (when appropriate, count as 'critical' success/failure).
Critical threats are automatically confirmed.
Power Attack is a thing everyone can do.
We use Toughness (Pathfinder) in place of Toughness (3.5e) and Improved Toughness.
